BELCHER, Judge.

The offense is rape; the punishment, confinement in the penitentiary for ninety-nine years.

The trial was had in Williamson County on a change of venue from Cameron County.

Patsy Lee Biggs, the seven-year old victim, testified that she was playing in front of her home on August 9, 1951, when appellant came by and talked with her. She further testified that *605he pulled her into his car; placed his hand over her mouth when she began to scream and drove away.
