This is a suit by an employee for personal injuries alleged to have been sustained through the negligence of his employer. Plaintiff recovered judgment in the circuit court for $15,000; from such judgment defendant prosecutes this appeal. Appellant concedes that the evidence was sufficient to take the case to the jury: it seeks reversal of the judgment on the grounds of error in giving instructions and excessiveness of the verdict.
