Mrs. Honoria Burke, widow of William B. Ring-rose, died in the city of New York, on the 19th of October, 189 Y, leaving a last will and testament in olographic form, which was probated, in the Civil District Court for the parish of Orleans, in which parish the deceased had her domicile. Robert L. Strong, John H. Conniff' and M. D. Lagan were appointed as her testamentary executors, with full seizin. The testatrix, after making a number of bequests, closed her will with the following clause: “Now, after these bequests have-been made, the…
