This is a bill in equity brought by the complainant who owns an estate in the city of Newport, Rhode Island, and has a right of way appurtenant thereto, to enjoin the respondent, who is the owner of the adjoining estate, from interfering with and obstructing such right of way. The bill was filed in the Superior Court for Newport County, and after answer, which also included allegations in the nature of a cross-bill, the case being at issue, and having been referred tó a master to take testimony, thereafter the master reported the testimony to the court; and thereupon the cause being brought…
