Joy Global, Inc. (Employer) petitions for review of the order of the Workers’ Compensation Appeal Board (Board) affirming the decision of a workers’ compensation judge (WCJ) granting the claim petition of David Hogue (Claimant) pursuant to the provisions of the Workers’ Compensation Act (Act). 1 We affirm.
