Phillips v. Good Samaritan Hospital

This is a medical malpractice action here on appeal from a judgment of the Court of Common Pleas of Montgomery County granting summary judgment in favor of two defendants, Medical Radiologists, Inc., and G. William Bretz, M.D., thereby relieving them from this action. Appellants are the plaintiffs in the original complaint, Paula Phillips, a minor, and her father and mother, Paul and Shirley Phillips.
