This is an appeal from an order entered in a habeas corpus proceeding in Criminal District Court No. 4 of Dallas County, remanding appellant to custody for extradition to the State of Missouri.

The State introduced into evidence the Executive Warrant of the Governor of the State of Texas, and also the supporting papers, including an affidavit given before a magistrate and the warrant issued thereon authorizing the arrest and return of the appellant to Missouri to answer a charge of felonious assault.
