Alvin Stiger appeals a decision of the Workers’ Compensation Commission in which he was

awarded temporary total disability benefits, but denied additional benefits under Ark. Code Ann. § 11-9-505 (Repl. 1996), which provides for additional benefits to an employee when an employer willfully discriminates against the employee because he has filed a claim for workers’ compensation benefits.
