Duckworth, Justice.

1. The provisions of the Code, § 81-1301, that pleadings may he amended “at any stage of the cause,” provided there is enough in the pleadings to amend by, can not he extended to allow an amendment after a judgment has been rendered thereon and has not been reversed or set aside.
