FINAL COPY S20A1104. HARRISON v. THE STATE. LAGRUA, Justice. Kevin Harrison was tried by a Barrow County jury and convicted of murder and other crimes in connection with the shooting death of his wife, Heather Harrison. On appeal, Harrison contends that the State failed to carry its burden to disprove that the shooting was accidental and that the trial court erred in refusing to give a requested jury instruction and in admitting certain other acts evidence.1 Having identified no error, we affirm. 1 The victim was killed on February 28, 2016.
