This is a suit by appellant against appellee upon an itemized account, verified under the statute, for goods, wares, and merchandise sold appellee during the year 1910, at his special instance and request. Appellee answered by demurrer and by sworn plea, admitting that he had bought all of the items set out in appellant’s petition on or about the dates alleged, and .that at the date of the filing of the suit he did not owe appellant any sum, claiming that he had paid appellant all that he owed, except the sum of $15.85, which was not due at the time of the filing of this suit, and which he…
