We consider here an appeal from an order of the circuit court of Cook County affirming a decision of the board of review for the Department of Labor that Pipe Trades, Inc., was, during the year 1948, an employer liable for payment of contributions under the Unemployment Compensation Act. (Ill. Rev. Stat. 1947, chap. 48, pars. 217-250, incl.; Jones Ann. Stat. 45.128.) The appellant is actually Eusebius J.
