This case stems from a 1987 contract for sandblasting and painting services in offshore oilfields between Harrington Enterprises, Inc. (“Harrington”), a sandblasting and painting services contractor, and Transcontinental Gas Pipe Line Corporation (“Transeo”), a corporation that owns and operates natural gas pipelines. For the second time, this case presents us with a question regarding the applicability of the Louisiana Oilfield.
