This was a bill in chancery filed by the appellees against the appellant and others, in the circuit court of McLean county, to set aside the last will and testament of James T. Crumbaugh, deceased, on the ground of undue influence and the want of testamentary capacity in said James T. Crumbaugh to make a will. An answer and replication were filed and issues of fact were made up and submitted to a jury, which decided that the instrument offered in evidence was not the will of James T. Crumbaugh, and a decree was entered in accordance with the finding of the jury. That decree was reversed by…
