—In an action to recover damages for dental malpractice, the plaintiff appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County (Yachnin, J.), entered June 25, 1991, which denied her motion to strike the second and third affirmative defenses set forth in the defendant’s answer, and granted the defendant’s cross motion for summary judgment dismissing the complaint for lack of personal jurisdiction.

Ordered that the order is modified, on the law, by deleting the provision thereof which granted the defendant’s cross motion for summary judgment, and substituting therefor a provision denying the…
