CHOY, Circuit Judge:

William Edward Jeffery was found guilty after a non jury trial on both counts of an indictment. Count I charged unlawful concealment and facilitating the concealment and transportation of approximately 229.7 grams of heroin, in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 174. Count II charged conspiracy to violate 21 U.S.C. §§ 173, 174. Two five year concurrent sentences were imposed. We affirm.
