Maynard and Gerald Fitzgerald, exhibited their bill of complaint in the chancery court of the Second district of Coahoma county against Henry Thomas Allen and his wife, Jane Stuart Allen, defendants, and from a decree dismissing the bill, the complainants prosecuted this appeal.
