Joanne James, plaintiff-appellant, instituted this suit on behalf of her four and one-half year old minor son, Robert Lee James, who was seriously injured in an automobile-pedestrian accident. The matter was tried before a jury which returned a verdict finding the defendant-driver, Kenneth L.
