Kenneth Frost filed this action pursuant to section 205(g) of the Social Security Act, 42 U.S.C. § 405(g) (“the Act”), seeking judicial review of a final decision of the Commissioner of Social Security. The case involves the coordination of North Dakota workers’ compensation benefits with federal Social Security disability benefits.
