By his will decedent disposed of his residuary estate as follows: “All the rest, residue and remainder of my estate, real and personal, I give, devise and .bequeath, absolutely and in fee simple, to my Trustee, hereinafter named, IN TRUST, nevertheless, to invest and reinvest the same and to pay over the net income therefrom monthly until the death of my wife, ELLA M. HIGBEE, as follows: To my sister, ELIZABETH HIGBEE, the sum of Forty Dollars ($40.00) per month, and to my wife, ELLA M.
