—Proceeding pursuant to CPLR article 78, inter alia, to review a determination of the Yonkers Municipal Civil Service Commission dated May 2, 1996, which reinstated the additional respondent Michael DeMuro to his position as custodial worker with the petitioner Board of Education of the Yonkers City School District, in which DeMuro cross-petitioned, inter alia, to confirm the determination and for an award of back pay.
