Two injunction suits were brought September 22, 1920, by the plaintiff, John Skala, one against Matilda Michael *306and the sheriff, and the other against Henry Heyne and the sheriff, to restrain the sale of crops grown by the lessee on his land under judgments in attachments entered September 18, 1920, in actions against said lessee by said defendants. Plaintiff alleged, in substance, in each of said suits that his lessee, one John Brockman, owed him a balance of rent amounting to $500, falling due November 12, 1920, which by the terms of his lease he was to secure by…
