The directors of the Omaha Fire Insurance Company, finding that its affairs had become embarrassed and it *835could no longer.continue business upon tbe lines that had been pursued, consulted the appellant, Mr. Morsman, who is a member of the Douglas county bar, as to the condition of the affairs of the corporation and as to the best course to be pursued.
