In Re Marriage of Head

Respondent Henry Head appeals from a judgment entered after our remand of this cause. (Head v. Head (1988), 168 Ill. App. 3d 697, 523 N.E.2d 17 (Head I).) The sole issue on retrial was the value of Henry’s medical practice for the purpose of the distribution of marital assets. The trial court found that the medical practice was worth $76,920, which consisted of $58,000 in tangible assets and $18,920 in intangible assets.
