The plaintiff, Boyce, a brother of Oliva Bosanna Eord, decéased, seeks to set aside a decree of distribution of his sister’s estate, made by the district court of Storey county, on the third day of October, 1876, upon the ground of fraud, concealment, and misrepresentation upon the part of J.
