DORE, Judge.

The defendant insurance company issued two industrial policies on the life of Al-lentine Washington, one for $200 and the other for $98, both being issued on different dates and in separate policies. The plaintiff, Perninia Winzey, was made the beneficiary in both policies. The insured died on July 25, 1935, and on the following day the beneficiary made an assignment of both policies to the Capital Funeral Home, Inc., the other plaintiff, to secure it in the payment of the funeral expenses of the insured in the sum of $172.75.
