This is the latest in a series of litigations involving the relationships among Toronto Dominion Bank (the “Bank”), J L International, Ltd. (“J L”) and the debtor, Sider Ventures & Services Corp. (“Sider”). The original litigations involved the Trustee, Dorothy Eisenberg, in a dispute with the Bank over the Bank’s attempt to foreclose its valid and perfected security interest in an inventory of steel belonging to the debt- or.
