Appeal from an order of the Court of Claims (Sise, EJ.), entered August 14, 2006, which denied claimant’s application pursuant to Court of Claims Act § 10 (6) for permission to file a late notice of claim.
This claim arises out of a series of traffic violations committed by claimant from 1995 to 1997, including operating a vehicle without a license and insurance.
