Affirming.
The appellee, William Goldberg, the defendant below, operated a store at the southwest corner of Fourth and Market streets in the city of Louisville. The entrance to his store is through an open vestibule, triangular in shape, and level with the sidewalk. At the apex of the-triangle is a post supporting the corner of the building, wbicb post is some 5% feet from the door leading into the store.
