WALSH, District Judge.
Plaintiff, an Indonesian corporation, claims for the purchase price of a cargo of rubber which it allegedly sold Rubber Development Corporation, a now dissolved subsidiary of the defendant, and which was confiscated by the Dutch during its attempted exportation from Indonesia. It claims that the exchange of communications between its commission merchant, Isbrandtsen Incorporated, and R. D. C. constituted a contract for the sale and that by loading the rubber on Isbrandtsen’s ship in Java it completed performance under the contract. In the alternative it claims for goods…
