Direct General Insurance Company of Louisiana (Direct General), the subrogee of its insured, Erica'Johnson, appeals from the granting of a summary judgment in favor of Southern Farm Bureau Casualty Insurance Company (Southern Farm) dismissing Direct General’s suit.1 This dispute arises out of an automobile accident involving Courtney Mongrue (Mongrue) and Erica Johnson (Johnson).
