Appeal from an order and judgment of the Supreme Court (Zwack, J.), entered November 24, 2015 in Rensselaer County, upon a dismissal of the complaint at the close of plaintiff’s case.
In January 2009, plaintiff fell and injured her left leg while bowling. Plaintiff was taken by ambulance to a hospital and was treated for a broken leg and a soft cast was put on.
