Miss Letliia L. Reid brought suit against L. H. Geiger and W. R. Geiger as executors of the estate of H. H. Geiger, alleging in substance that the defendants are proceeding to sell certain lands described in said petition, under power of sale contained in a security deed dated October 22, 1923, a copy of which is attached to the petition, showing that it was signed by the petitioner together with N. R. Reid, Marvin Reid, and Kate Reid; *799that she is eighty years old; that at the time of the execution of the deed she could neither read nor write, her hearing was defective, and her sight…
