Appellees as the heirs-at-law of John M. Stephens, deceased, instituted this suit in trespass to try title to recover certain lands in Erath County from the Fort Worth' & Rio Grande Railway Company; Stephenville Oil Mill, J. H. Ott and G. R. and Mattie Fagan. The case was submitted to a jury on special issues, and the answers to these issues supplemented by findings of the court were made the basis of a judgment for the plaintiffs.
