This is an appeal from an action for fraudulent misrepresentation arising from the purchase in 1983 of property at 3019 South 49th Avenue in Cicero, Illinois, by plaintiff Guy M. Stichauf. He bought the property, which was listed for sale by defendant Cermak Road Realty, from defendants Richard C. and Diane M. Suwanski. Plaintiff was represented in the transaction by defendant attorney Richard C. Martin. (Martin is not a party to this appeal.)
