Plaintiff originally filed this action November 25, 1981 seeking review, pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 405(g), of a final decision of the Secretary of the Department of Health and Human Services denying Social Security disability benefits. On March 23, 1982 I heard oral argument and issued an Order remanding this case to the secretary for further consideration.
