Tbe plaintiff in error was indicted for murder in tbé first degree in Mlling ber husband, Wm. T. Edwards, convicted and' sentenced to be bung, and prosecutes now tbis writ of error.

Tbe errors cassigned will be briefly examined. Tbé first • error assigned is tbe refusal of tbe Court to permit Jack Tiskto testify on bebalf of tbe plaintiff in error.
