Commonwealth v. Cummerick

This matter is before the court upon a motion by the Commonwealth to discharge a rule heretofore granted upon the Commonwealth to show cause why an order for support should not be reduced in amount.

On June 18, 1943, defendant, Michael R. Cummerick, and his wife entered into a separation agreement which provided that the court should enter an order directing defendant to pay to his wife, Anna M. Cummerick, the sum of $12.50 per week for the support *114of their two minor children, Betty Ann and Shirley May, then aged 13 and S years, respectively.
