I join the court’s opinion. On the Rule 11 issue, I do not understand the court to go beyond the Supreme Court’s holding in *85Swint v. Chambers County Comm’n, 514 U.S. 35, 115 S.Ct. 1203, 131 L.Ed.2d 60 (1995). That is, we do not decide “definitively or preemptively ... whether or when it may be proper for a court of appeals with jurisdiction over one ruling to review, con-junctively, related rulings that are not themselves independently appealable.” Id. at -, 115 S.Ct. at 1212 (emphasis added).
