HOWARD C. BUSCHMAN, III, Bankruptcy Judge.

Cowanlite Trading Co., Ltd. (“Cowan-lite”), a foreign corporation and a creditor of the Debtor, seeks an order reopening the Bankruptcy Proceeding of Christiane Luet-zow in order to assert that its claims against the Debtor are non-dischargeable pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 523(a).
