Plaintiff in error was convicted at the June term, 1905, of the criminal court of Cook county, of the crime of perjury and sentenced to the penitentiary. He has sued out this writ of error to reverse that judgment.

The indictment charges that at the December term, 1904, of the criminal court of Cook county, in the State of Illinois, before the Hon. Willard M. McEwen, lawfully holding said criminal court on the 20th day of December, 1904, and divers other days of said December term, a certain trial was then and there being had upon a certain indictment for conspiracy to obtain money by false…
