Petitioner Bank of New York (“BNY”) brings this matter for determination of the respective rights of respondents in certain bank accounts maintained by BNY belonging to three of the respondents — Bank Melli Iran (“Bank Melli”), Bank Saderat Iran (“Bank Saderat”), and Bank Sepah Iran (“Bank Sepah”), all of which are Ira nian banks (collectively, the “Banks”).
