The defendant’s contention that the Supreme Court improperly allowed the People to amend the indictment to change the description of the weapon possessed on one of the charged counts (see Penal Law §§ 265.01, 265.02 [1]) from a switchblade knife to a gravity knife is without merit (see CPL 200.70; People v Wynn, 277 AD2d 946 [2000]; People v Hood, 194 AD2d 556 [1993]).
