Plaintiffs, Luba Oplchenski and Aida No-rey, have filed a Fifth Amended Complaint (“Complaint”) in this multi-defendant putative class-action lawsuit, challenging Defendants’ classification of “rotators”—and others who worked in the fragrance and cosmetics industry at department stores—as independent contractors rather than employees, thereby excluding them from participation in various employee benefits and benefit plans.
