CHARLES CLARK, Circuit Judge:

The appellant, Gloria G. Murray, filed a summons in garnishment in the Municipal Court of Columbus, Georgia, seeking to garnish moneys owed to her former husband by the Veterans’ Administration. The United States, as garnishee, removed the action to the United States District Court for the Middle District of Georgia. The district court granted the government’s motion for summary judgment, holding that the moneys owed to Talmadge D. Murray were exempt from garnishment. Mrs. Murray appeals.
