Lawkence, Judge:
The three protests enumerated in the schedule attached hereto were consolidated for the purpose of trial and determination. The importations to which they relate are briefly described as lead in pigs.
The collectors of customs classified the merchandise in paragraph 392 of the Tariff Act of 1930 (19 U.S.C. § 1001, par. 392), as modified by the Torquay Protocol to the General Agreement on Tariffs and Trade, 86 Treas. Dec. 121, T.D. 52739, and duty was imposed thereon at the rate of 1 %6 cents per pound on the lead content.
