I. INTRODUCTION
The matters before the Court are Cross-Motions for Summary Judgment filed by the Plaintiffs, Patricia Taatjes (“Taatjes”) and Maureen Emery (“Emery”)(collectively, the “Plaintiffs”), and the Defendant, Julia A. Maggio (“Maggio” or the “Debtor”). The Court heard the Cross-Motions on August 19, 2014 and took them under advisement.
