SHEDD, Circuit Judge:

Stephen Bundy was indicted on three counts of possession of an unregistered firearm and one count of possession of a stolen firearm. Bundy filed a motion for production of certain documents, a motion to dismiss three counts of the indictment, and a motion to suppress all evidence seized from his house.
