The decree judicially settling the accounts of the executors and trustees was dated January 6, 1959 and entered on January 8. In the present proceeding, Peter Bartók, individually and as attorney in fact for his mother, petitions for the vacatur of that decree on accounting and permission for both petitioners to file objections to the account.
