Affirming.

Ethel Martin sued the Louisville Cas & Electric Company for personál injuries. At the conclusion of the evidence the court, directed a.verdict in favor of the defendant. Plaintiff appeals.

*371The facts are as follows: In the year 1919, Dr. J. W. Galvin and his wife and daughters were the owners of a three-story brick building with a basement underneath at 125 West Market street in the city of Louisville.
